Refund Policy

Deposits paid to secure a reservation are refundable in full up to 60 days before the confirmed arrival date.
50% of the deposit is refundable.
Deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied to a future stay within 12 months, subject to availability.
Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 10 business days.
