Estancia Providencia is a working ranch first — vineyards, horses, an orchard, a herd of Aberdeen Angus. Everything we offer guests is built on top of that daily rhythm rather than staged around it.
We believe luxury today is the absence of noise: no televisions in the suites, no scripted animation, no wristbands. Just a well-made bed, a slow breakfast, and the option to spend the day exactly as you wish.
Our team of thirty-two people — cooks, gauchos, gardeners, housekeepers, sommeliers — mostly grew up in the surrounding villages. Their knowledge of the land is why guests come back.
