Executive Chef
Trained under Francis Mallmann, Rodrigo builds our menus around the estancia's kitchen garden, the wood-fired parrilla and whatever the season offers that morning.

Head Gaucho
Born and raised in the Valle de Uco, Julián leads all riding programs and knows every trail, creek and shortcut across our fifteen thousand hectares.
