Cancellation Policy

Cancel up to 60 days before arrival for a full refund. Cancel between 60 and 30 days for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable.
Weddings and full-property buyouts follow a bespoke cancellation schedule agreed in your contract, typically requiring 180 days notice for a full refund.
In the case of border closures, natural disasters or other events beyond either party's control, we work with guests in good faith to reschedule at no penalty.
Send written notice to reservations@estanciaprovidencia.com. The cancellation is effective on the date we acknowledge receipt.
